they should start HKT soonest possible, cant they base their route planning on what are currently being offered at premium by both MH, AK and FY?those are the places that they should slot themselves in

basically baggage reclaim is one of the worst experience in KLIA 2 in addition to the long walks....you have wait so long for you bags to arrive at the carousel and it happened to ALL my flights in KLIA 2

hope they will start flying to phuket soon...now its dominated by MH and AK which charged sky high price

agree with that but they must have certain standards and criteria in selecting the recipient for this award...just cant fathom how AK's crews whose task is mainly to sell BOB items and disappear in the galleys can beat other full service carriers......

why not they can easily rely on transit passengers onwards to US...not many competitions ex KUL

ill be flying them this 24th and the outbound flight is fully booked in Y as far as the seat allocation displayed..good business to NH and hope they will add more destinations from KUL like Osaka after this

the late evening flight ex BKK as well

some TG flights from and to KUL now do not serve hot meals anymore but cold sandwich as well....

on another note...from my recent flight with MH i noticed the cabin crew were in high spirit and all smiles and being "more" attentive than previously.kudos to them and if you cant beat the others with your hardwares at least ensure your service can be a winning factor

might as well abolish domestic business class and term it as premium economy...maintain the cabin but with not other frills like lounge access etc...
