One question here. In the KLM 747 picture of the cockpit, I noticed an emergency exit hatch and I assume its located in the cockpit. Can anyone explain how do you escape from that hatch? Via inflatable slide like other normal emergency exits or by other means? Thanks!

I don't think its available at the moment. I'm sure they'll wanna give priority to their own pilots to train on it first. Don't you think so?

The Qantas shot is fantastic! I don't know if its just me or what but the B747 looks like a midget next to the A380!

When I was looking at it this morning around 0100hrs, it seems that there were 3 A380's in Malaysian airspace. 2 belonging to SQ and 1 to Qantas. I was amazed!
