  18. Safety Briefing. English Ladies and gentlemen, we will now demonstrate the use of safety equipments carried on this aircraft. As the safety procedures of this aircraft may differ from others, please give your full attention to the cabin crew in front of you. This is your seat belt. To fasten it, insert the metal clip into the buckle and pull on the buckle strap to tighten the belt. To unfasten, lift the metal flap. Should the cabin pressure becomes low, oxygen masks like these will fall from the compartment above you. Pull the mask firmly towards yourselves, place it over your nose and mouth, and breathe normally. You should place the mask onto yourselves before attending those under your care. Your lifejacket is under your seat. To use it, slip it over your head like this. Clip on the waistbands, and pull them tight. While inside the aircraft, half-inflate the lifejecket by pulling the left tag. Fully inflate the lifejacket by pulling on the right tag after you have exit the aircraft. To further inflate your lifejacket, blow into these two mouthpieces. Pull on this plug to have the light on at night and blow on this whistle to attract attention./The light on your lifejacket will come on by itself when the jacket is submerged underwater. Blow on this whistle to attract attention. Emergency exits and escape slides are located on both sides of the aircraft. Please take note of the emergency door and windows exit nearest to you. Should emergency evacuation is necessary, please leave all your personal belongings behind. Proceed to the nearest exit and follow the instructions of the cabin crew for a quick and safe evacuation. This safety information card is located in the seat pocket in front of you. Please read though it carefully. Thank you for your attention. Anyone care to do the Indonesian, Thai and Tagalog version? I'm trying to learn the Cantonese safety demo on Dragonair.
  19. Thanks Ewan!! Love My Girly Girl.
  20. Just saw the ad few seconds ago on tv and Idris is reading out the content of the letter exactly on tv.
  21. FY fly SZB-BKI-SZB Pleasssseee~~~ with sugar on top.... Jump from AK to FY if they do.
  22. For cabin crew who work for years with MH, that is certainly unfair. But if it were newcomer that just received employment, my guess is don't expect much, if you need to suffer, then suffer for a while, the valuable ones is the experience and employment history for your future resume. And when your contract is up, jump ship to Emirates or SQ or whatever. But this doesn't apply to who had previous working background as a cabin crew or any job that is better than current MH employment provides. If you want it the job bad enough, you won't mind the company pay you peanuts for short term. So Haansel, don't need to be scared of MH management is treating you, in the beginning is always hard work and work like dogs. Only worry IF the management is mistreating you or any form of abuse. I'm *that* desperate for a cabin crew job, anyone offer me a place, I work for them. I won't mind if I have to work like shits when I just started, as long as the pay are enough for me to eat, pay rent, bills and fully clothed. If anything extra, tighten the belt up and save. In 3 or 5 years time, contract expires, Quit and find better airline company.
  23. She's rich enough to afford to fly with private jets, why she settle for BA? Try to save some pennies?
