Most mainstream media are now mentioning it is a private helicopter. Never heard of private helicopters to WMKF other than 9M-SAS and 9M-NAV.

I thought MH8605 operated by 9M-MPP was the final one as listed on the FIDS but seems they are still moving at this hour. There are still special flights from Sabah 9M-MXG MH8633 BKI-KUL, 9M-AQE FY8427 TWU-KUL. Probably there'll be more today. I guess the number of people traveled on these special flights could be more then the number of people evacuated from Pripyat during the Chernobyl tragedy 1986. Haha

Currently all MH8**** flights to/from BKI and KCH for today are marked as cancelled on KLIA FIDS except 9M-MPM MH8605 which departed BKI around 0010 today. I guess MH8**** flights might be active again tonight. The ones that are active now are the red A320 special flights between KUL and PEN, TGG etc.

I had a stroll opposite Le Meridien recently, heard one of the roadside tailors chatting with his new customer. He mentioned he came in few years ago from one of the islands across, he was given the card, in turn, required to cross a certain symbol every 5 years. I wonder if this category of registered "locals" are brought to the west on those flights.

Not sure whether recycle rego or not. This case might be similar like 9MZAR whereby it is registered to a Cessna but at the same time, there's also a Nuri painted in white wearing "9M-ZAR".

On 24/04/13, there was a B737-300 registered as "N7621A" planned to depart Sam Ratulangi Int'l,Manado to Kuala Lumpur Int'l. The strange thing is N7621A is never registered to any B737, it is actually registered to a Cessna 180 which crashed 1962. Anybody has further info on this "N7621A"?
