  5. And what about those who got bumped to another flight due to so called "TECHNICAL" (aka 'flight cancelled due to not enough paxs & move them to a later flight') "circumstances beyond our control" too?
  6. IIRC AK never use the term 'DELAY' they always use the term 'RE-TIMED' or 'UBAH MASA' Hence, AK never had 'delays' before
  7. Hello... I heard from my 'eyes on the ground' that there have been RMAF jets doing touch-n-gos, as well as doing low flybys, for the past few days in BKI Anyone caught anything?
  8. Well, they need that to accommodate the 58 A380s they ordered, EK that is. Plus hundreds of other types of aircraft.
  9. Propeller not attached yet Can see an EK A380 tail in the background Thanks for sharing

  11. Nevertheless, much better than the light blue suits & gray pants Will be a nice complement to the girls' kebaya uniform When can we see our MH boys' change?
  12. I have some great suggestion for MAS Serve every pax a packet of Smarties or colored M&Ms instead of peanuts And for drinks... Fanta! some Fanta hijau, merah, oren... etc.... I'm not sure if there's Fanta biru (Cabin crew: Sir/Ma'am would you like to have the green, the red, the orange, or the blue one? )
  13. Here are the links to MI's seat maps & cabin layouts: http://www.silkair.com/mbe/en_UK/content/c...320_layout1.jsp http://www.silkair.com/mbe/en_UK/content/c...320_layout2.jsp http://www.silkair.com/mbe/en_UK/content/c...319_layout1.jsp http://www.silkair.com/mbe/en_UK/content/c...319_layout2.jsp
  14. Seems like all bookings for ex-BKI on airasia.com from June08 onwards show departures from T1
  15. Video coverage from Japanese media. Supposed to be a preview ceremony but was cancelled. And one spotter came all the way from Hiroshima. http://www.fnn-news.com/news/headlines/art...NN00133125.html So sad...
  16. Wonder if it was given water canon salute in Nagoya
  17. Hi, Anyone caught 9V-SGD in new livery? Could only catch a glimpse @ this CNBC video below: http://www.cnbc.com/id/15840232?video=742489757
  18. How ironic is that? So in history, 1st commercial A380 flight (or 1st commercial A380 landing rather) to Japan landed @ Nagoya's Chubu Centrair. I felt sorry for NRT/RJAA after all the hype & 'hoopla', this historical event/title 'snatched' away & it happened on their 30th anniversary!!
  19. Dear MWingers, Found this very cool site Airbus A380 Cockpit (Panoramic) Enjoy!
  20. Ah.. Sam, I see you went to the 'secret spot' where I snapped the KE 744 tarmac shots eh Very cool place to observe apron activities
  21. Lee, looks like you will need a more powerful zoom lens larr (for shooting from the hill top) I salute you! Truly amazing!
  22. Similar topic here: What airlines you have been on? Corrections: RM288 promo is for round-trip BKI-SIN-BKI, GV2, YE14, BKI-SIN valid on MI397 on Sundays only.
  23. Yeah, remember, just look at the 'jet blast' of the KE B744 in the video taken by 'Yoong' in another post? (Click Here) Do stay safe!
  24. Oh... Emirates & Lan Chile also flies Trans Tasman (i.e. between Australia & New Zealand)
