Nice shots again Ian hehe I have some of the same rego's taking off on 24 or 18L a few hrs later the same day A few from me of the those 2 days when you were here, some regulars, 1 special and some crosswind landings Wxr wasnt that good all weekend long, so nice to shoot from here even in the morning when "facing the sun" Some crosswind landings, maaaaan!! The Antonov was fighting the wind sooo much! From really far away I thought it was a British Aerospace with some odd landing light.. when she came closer.... hehe I like this angle btw from ground level During crosswindlandings some prefere to step on their right leg first Others prefere left for their first step Never do so much bizzers, here a few, with one special from China, An Fokker 50 operated by Denim Air for... The airline I havent checked out yet.. and some Dorniers of Dutch Coast Guard Norwegian departing 24 with DC3 doing sightseetour in the area, The Delta 763 is lining up 27, which is rarely used for takeoffs!! Martinair 11 taking off 24, AZ and AY taking off 36L, the AY 1W Logojet is the sametime as Ian, just from another angle

All just luck And as you know GVA; if I start sharing all the stunning bizzers... this topic will be overloaded hehe After my 2nd visit to GVA it now is in my top 5 of best European Airports!

Goodday again! I want to share some great stuff from Geneva this time. I had so much luck in traffic, specials... nothing more then LUCK, LUCK and LUCK! I feel like quiting my hobby now, I never get more luck then those 2 days... hehe Main target was HZ-AIF who was due to come in the 2nd day at 7 AM in the morning, departing again at 8 AM the same day. One of my goals for 2012 was to catch the Saudi 747SP no matter if its HZ-AIF, HZ-AIJ or HZ-HM1B. As soon as I touched down on RWY 23 @ LSGG/GVA with my white/orange plane I saw a Saudi 747 tail... OH MY GOD NO WAAAAAAAAAAAY!!! We parked a little right and behind the SV Some more specials I want to share Not a real special but a first sight for me of this Finnair plane in Finncomm livery More specials Continue with Saudi More specials Another Saudi (new Saudia titles) and another special at the same time Specials havent stopped yet Then day 2 came; even more specials!! Also the day HZ-AIF was supposed to get in, I was at the spottingplace at 6 AM 2nd or 3th landing Saudi came in, unfo HZ-ANF on the SP flight But then more specials hehe Piano-keys United This one was in regular cls hehe Then onboard of my oranje/white plane again Now with sun on the good side of the plane Merci for watching my pictures from both the Swiss and French side of the airport
