After arrival from DUS @ LHR on my way to SIN for 5th Annivarsary in Singapore I shot some stuff @ LHR. First a few of downtown London on approach to LHR's 27R Not many people can be seen on those shots walking next to the worldfamous sights! It's 7.25 AM and not long from now, especially with the great weather of this day, it will be overcrowded with tourists. Isn't the morning lovely everywhere before 7 AM when most people are still in bed and the world looks on it's best! Uncle Pieter; Ever been to Brentford to burn freq.flyer miles? The 2nd or 3th visit of this Brunei T7 into LHR! Quite some Qatar aircraft @ LHR today. There also was a Qatar Executive CL-600 A7-CEB Nice to see also the 342 from Brunei was here!! What a good day so far, first @ DUS, now @ LHR! Finally time to board for flight QF32 to SIN! After taking those shots I experienced Singapore system is really strict and they refused me on the whale to SIN because my passport expiration date was 10 days to short I knew it was, (disovered it too late) but I took the risk and got send back to DUS.

My day started at Dusseldorf for a flight DUS-LHR-SIN to get to Singapore for MW 5th Anniversary. I spotted for half an hour @ DUS/EDDL during the first rays of sunlight in the morning. A few special liveries passed my lens

A few shots from Minneapolis KMSP A few aircraft still wear NWA colors, all Airbusses have Delta dress now. Just a few 752s wear red, a bunch of E175 and DC9s and a few CR2 and Saab340s are in both NWA old and NWA new color dress instead of Delta. And a few from Charlotte KCLT

Hahaa... thanks;) My passport expires in December and it was just a few days to short!! I traced some messageboards on internet and they all say ; 6 months is from the ice age (even USA!) but after scrolling further they finally mention Singapore and tell you not to take the risk.. I knew it was 5 months 3 weeks and something b4 expiring.. I took the risk and got send back.. I try to get a new flight (same ticket) to SIN and probably arrive on Saturday 7 August and fly back to LHR on Saturday 14 August. Arrive in evening due to 388 change to QF10 instead of QF32 according to Qantas bookingsystem and back on QF31 instead of QF9 (same story). In this time I visit both KUL and SIN. Goodluck this Saturday guys and hope to meet some of you in August (will post or PM when dates are definite!).

I got refused during boarding in London today!! (Passport issues indeed!) I can't get into SIN anymore for anniversary :( :( I still can use my LHR-SIN-LHR ticket another time but I am not sure when I am going to reschedule this flight. Sorry guys! I hope to meet some of the SIN guys the time I am going to use my "A380" Ticket. The only positive thing is (Look on the bright side of life;) ) I shot some good traffic @ DUS and LHR today, shots will follow. LHR had entire tarmac filled up with Qatar aircraft, and from Brunei the 342 AND 772! Enjoy the Anniversary Saturday guys!!

I stay in Changi Village Hotel, thats close to the action I believe.. Time is no problem for me, just name time and location Otherwise I'll enjoy myself at the beach I PM some guys my mobile phone, Also Uncle Pieter has my nuber and can reach me. Txt message prefered. Thx Pieter, 3 shots from Las Vegas (KLAS/LAS) HA8 to HNL, now with winglets. I was ready for her takeoff on other RWY but they put her different Had to wait for her to climb over the fence. Sandds 767 without engines.. And Sandds 747SP.. too bad I couldnt get a better shot of her.. obstruction on all sides

KLM is still flying MD11 as they are OWNED by KLM and all have been payed off. Most of the 330s and 777s are leased aircraft so more expensive in use! That's why you still see MD11 fly around in KLM colours in at least 5 or 6 years from now
