Woke up, not feel like studying so i thought, why not go see some planes, so here it is. Lucky to catch MAS. I expect 777 to be here... but anyway. Taxiing down to RWY 05R. Note Transmile's 727 parked next to DHL's 727 Couple of Qantas: Night shots : Apparently it's a Beech 1900. Not too sure coz was concentrating on viewfinder. 737. I Like the vibrations of it... Pieter C. 5 Report post Posted September 11, 2005 Great shots, didn't know Transmile flew all the way to N-Z do they operate on behalf of DHL ?
Chaity 1 Report post Posted September 11, 2005 Hai S Chang, nice shots and especially with the creative night shots. I like the different view points of shoting the planes. You stayed there from morning to night ?
S V Choong 4 Report post Posted September 11, 2005 didn't know Transmile flew all the way to N-Z Think they had to stop somewhere in Australia. Transmile and the DHL 727 is doing the daily AKL-SYD-AKL run. At least the range of 727-200 Adv is a bit more than the 737-200, so it is not so bad.
S Chang 0 Report post Posted September 11, 2005 yes that's right, they were suppose to cover the flights for DHL's plane, but after DHL is back i was suprised too, that they're still doing the runs...

S V Choong 4 Report post Posted September 12, 2005 I bet a lot of readers will wonder where the hell is the AKL main terminal. From S Chang's pics you cannot see the Domestic and International terminals. TK will probably be quite familiar with NZAA already!
