The ND X4 filter for to reduce glare and highlights during bright day shootings Anyway these Hoya brand filters are quite cheap here. Most big photo shops stock them but I bought it cheap from Leos, Ampang Park go up the escalator to first floor its the one on the right hand side, booth style ...
