You can. It's called Enrich Transfer iirc. You need to log in to your wife's Enrich website to see the option. Chargeable though.

Earlier can only log in after multiple tries and could not open the "My Activities" page. Kept getting server reset errors. A lot better now though.

wow dropped down to page 4.. I am having difficulties redeeming award flights on Enrich Online. Page comes out with an error when you click to go to "Choose Your Flight Route". Anyone have the same problem or is this isolated?

honestly hope this is true and MH surprises us with a Nov 2012 join date. Going to places where MH has no presence is really making it difficult to maintain Enrich as a primary FFP.

not sure whether MAS does it but some organizations (airline/hotels) carry points worth as a debt in their books (something akin to stock). Maybe the delay of points crediting is to work the accounts.

The decision to switch the stopover on MAS’ only US route to Tokyo could be an alliance response. MAS will have the benefit of having a partner in Tokyo from late next year, when it enters oneworld. JAL is a oneworld member. Considering the article is date 12 Jan 2012, is it a typo or something yet unannounced on MH's oneworld membership?

if you are in KL, it is better to head to Enrich Centre KL Sentral. The staff there at least still services customers.

Hmm.. if they are admitting to that, are they going to do anything about it or do they intend to let it continue to suck MH dry? Perhaps the 60% already considers MAS as the airline of last choice (i.e. they have to take) due to 1) GLC - no choice 2) Timing more convenient 3) Company policy 4) Less transit stops (flying ex. SIA usually introduces an additional transit stop) The 40% just have that luxury of choosing.

Let's not forget a new premium airlines = new opportunities for contracts, for handouts. Depending on how this is handled, it will just more bad news. I however don't concur with CAPA's statement that Firefly may have been successful. The very fact that they admitted it shifted new planes from MAS (who sorely needed it) already proved it was a poor strategic move. Why try to do beat someone else at their game (budget) when they have yet to mastered their own game (full service)?

1) Claim MH missing miles page never work. Always had to call, email or go to KL Sentral to get it sorted out. 2) Always greeted with options (Enrich has gone Online!) to pick e-statement etc. but never works. Submission is forgotten and repeated again every time one logs in (since 2009?) 3) Broken Links: Travel Planner does not go to Travel Planner page 4) Enrich miles redemption issues - flexi return blanked out (believe this is a intended thing tho) - issues when trying to book return flight - you can see the flight, but you click next you get an error screen - website acts up and gives errors if you book a return flight from the same destination but different itinerary, altho it is an option in the screen. i.e. KUL - TPE direct, TPE-KUL via BKK - this reservation gets an error

The MH jersey does look like a rush job, especially with the non-aligned motive. Almost like an iron-on (you can see the borders of the logo on the model). Maybe someone commented "MY logo not big enough". Think AK got the better part of deal since the 50% of the games are away (if away jerseys are wore then). Am not a football fan so if this is inaccurate do let me know. But getting 2 jerseys (better designed at that) and same coverage at a fraction of the price (RM2.5M vs MH's RM18M). Not to mention Genting only paid RM17M to Aston Villa for both home and away jerseys. MH is already losing money. It shouldn't be lining up to put money into other people's pockets before cleaning house first.

there is uusally no miles transfer between programs but you can use QF miles to redeem seats on MH and vice versa. At least there is some good news this week. Hope they really accelerate it.

first the 1000 free enrich gold cards flooding the lounges. now no oneworld aliiance to increase routing and earning options? Might as well fly SQ or CX.
