Hi TEK, for a good spotting location at Alor Star, motorcycle is the best medium of transport because this airport is surrounded by padi field, and have very limited space for a car. But, you can still get an approach shot from a small road at end of runway 04. You can access the road from Kompleks Kerajaan Persekutuan Anak Bukit.
