no worries, memerang kembar very robust, not easy to kong, except there was once mas twin otter kena scrap due to beyong economical repair, was to supposed to have 6 but now 5, hahaha.

the aft cargo space quite similar with F50, hahaha, yup, a sheet covering like a door, save cost and lightweight, european concept, all european aircraft has the same design and concept, the screw must be in off set, more composite, smaller components and more work to maintenance crew but easy for flight crew. that's why you notice atr looks flimsy even it does look nice. the dangerous part was the pax entry door, has no snubbering effect like f50, whoever stand down there, once the door open, there goes la, hahaha, during the cabin crew training in mas hangar, few times the slipped to hold the handrail and free fall onto the ground. the cockpit is much smaller that f50, if you notice the pilot seat, is like airbus, mounted stationary on the structure but of course it's manually adjustable.

The IFE using DVD player and the control of the player is right at the pax entry door. If MAS wasn't rush to get the atr, they might get the -600 with glass cockpit.

All Firefly and Maswing ATR will have to come to szb for pre service check before going back to service. As for comparison, F50 and ATR 72 are the same in term of comfort and noise. ATR 72 landing isn't as comfort as F50. Yup, cabin is longer. Forward attendant seat is right beside 1st row of seats. ATR is a very fragile aircraft compared with F50. Everything have to be very carefu and gentle when working on it. The routing for Maswings I'm not really sure but it's definitely different with firefly.

The FY ATR made 3 stops before coming to SZB, Maswings ATR will be arriving 2 or 3 days later after FYB but with different stops. Chennai to SZB is about 5-6 hours flight.

When a company send their aircraft to 3rd party for maintenance, they normally send the representatives or rep together to observe the works and to guide what the company wants or requires. If at the 1st place the rep didn't not raise out about the standard practices or any improper methods before the acception of the aircraft after check, so, the blame should go to the rep. He or she is the one who sastified with the work.
