I couldn't read it without paying. I was referring to this TR http://onemileatatime.boardingarea.com/2013/03/28/oneworld-welcome-malaysia-airlines-first-class-london-to-kuala-lumpur/ According to author, MH only served non-alcoholic drinks on the ground in First at LHR. I think it has to do with MH was/is too cheap to pay the extra fees associated with serving alcohol pre-takeoff. I wonder if her picture was taken in KUL, not LHR.

I like the racoon eyes. Hope more airlines will have it that way.
-
EK, QR or EY serve alcohol although in some aspects (Edit to add) UAE and Qatar are more conservative than Malaysia. Imagine if they didn't, where are they going to send countless 777s and A380s.
-
If they cut booze, these politicians have to put their kids on other airlines Maybe they should follow Air NZ model. Squeeze in in economy, flat-bed in business.

More pictures here: http://www.ausbt.com.au/photos-british-airways-airbus-a350-club-world-business-class-prototype It looks cozy, I like it.

A Malaysia Airlines purser was arrested in Paris
Johan Z replied to KK Lee's topic in General Aviation
Unfortunately, that happened on all airlines. Once on my QF flight, this female crew clearly gave a male passenger (he looks like a footy player, muscly etc) extra attention over other passengers. She kept giving him extra bread, asking him are you alright? do you want anything? While when my seatmate asked for a tea, when she passed him, she rolled her eyes. -

The other thing from my personal point of view, he's married for the love of God. Just remember your wife and kids before committing such act. -

He should have known better. I noticed on my NRT-LAX flight, the In-flight Supervisor was overly friendly with some of the ladies (that includes touching shoulders, which is a big no-no, IMO), while he didn't even make an eye contact with other passengers. -
Except overtime cabin crew is really a worry.

Is he really innocent? I read somewhere that he admitted that he did what she accused him of doing. -

Normally the TV channel will pay a huge sum of money for the interview. I feel sorry for her, but I imagine she's doing for the money. BTW, one of the MEL flights was 80% full. So, I think some passengers are still confident with MH, considering all the unfortunate events. -

They also have a codeshare agreement with American.

CX will also fly to Boston soon!

No worries. I didn't know what does it mean until I was 12/13, even though I heard it every day, and was born and bred in Kedah and Penang.

MAS Current Fleet Withdrawal Thread
Johan Z replied to Mohd Azizul Ramli's topic in General Aviation
AI has been trying to unload their 777LR, maybe MH should look into them. From I understand, 777-200LR is economically better than 77E, especially on longer routes. -
He would know what "Pi Mai Pi Mai Tang Tu" (loosely translated as moving back and forth, but still at the same place) is. That's the best way to describe the state of MAS right now.
