Only four out of RMAF's 28 Russian fighter jets can fly
GeO replied to flee's topic in General Aviation
Technology wise, the American made fighter jets are more advanced than the Russian built. F22 Raptor, F35 Lightning. If the government were to replace the MiGs, the best replacement would be the Super Hornets. -

Can expect the return of the D7 A330 to Kuching form 8 to 10 May. AK8672/8673 respectively. Arriving Kch around 12.40pm then departs 1.45pm to KUL. A dummy booking on AirAsia website confirms this. One of the new special livery that was based in Kuching hub this year. [url=https://flic.kr/p/26ggCaJ] -

Sorry to inform you that there isn't any equipment upgrade for CNY this time around. Only extra flights mounted by AK with flight number AK9222/9223 operated by KUL hub crew. MAB favor BKI more than KCH for equipment upgrade to A333. In 2017 there's equipment upgrade to A333 once a while. -
Noticed that they MAB are plying the A380 on KUL-SYD route now. MH123. Did a dummy booking, saw that it will be until end of February. 1 March onwards back to A333.

Yeah bro. In the press conference the Director of Flight Operations did mentioned delay was due to late arrival of aircraft from previous destination. He also apologize repeatedly for the delay and thanked everyone for the willingness to wait. -
How long was the flight KUL-BKI onboard the A350? I think the farthest the A350 flew from Dec-Jan was KUL-BKI. KUL-BKK only about 1hr 45mins the most.

Continuation from my previous post... Someone decided to take this bird from a spin before Wings Air arrival. Probably engine ground run. Aircraft: Eurocopter EC155 Registration: 9M-HBS Owner: Hornbill Skyways Sdn. Bhd. The fire engines that were chosen for the water cannon salute. F17 and F15. Good job Kuching AFRS! Finally the aircraft that the crowd of VIPs, Medias, AVSECs and AFRS have been waiting for landed. Vacated runway via Alpha3 for Bay 8 Bravo via taxiway Alpha and Bravo. With 72 souls on board. Full house. Entering Bay 8 Bravo with the water cannon started. Water can be seen above the T-tail of the ATR72-600. Before and after passing the water cannon Wings Air Director of Flight Operations(in white shirt) leading the delegation. Stay tuned for the Press Conference coverage. To be continued.... -

Hello fellow spotters MalaysianWings. It's been a while since I last spot. Here's my part for the Wings Air Inaugural PNK-KCH flight. According to the Flight Information Display at the airport, the inaugural flight was supposed to arrived at 11.25am but was delayed about 35 minutes due to late aircraft arrival in Pontianak from previous sector. The venue for the press conference inside VIP lounge of KIA. While waiting for the arrival managed to spot few regulars such as this MH B738. to be continued... -
