Fendy, It didn't say; guess, it's 343 first and when traffic picks-up it will go to 346 UAE, and DXB especially is becoming a very popular holiday distination nowadays for Europeans...
-
Guys, Imran, (especially for you) just read that VS will start flying between LHR-DXB v.v. effective end of March 2006 with 4 flights a week, as from 01may06 to 5 and as from 01jun06 to daily with A340's Guess, competition, finally, for EK between LON and DXB

Raymond, PAL catering is average, but the stewardesses most being "mestisa" or mixed (with caucasian: old Spanish influence) are very good looking
-
Azahan, AK does fly to BKI (have flown on them myself); do you mean BKK ? (think they fly there as well from KUL)
-
Jonathan, no KLM stewardesses, as the Martinair ones are much better looking (and I'm not talking about their uniforms)
-
Azmal, Indeed, it became VERY quiet over at "the other side"
-
Gavin, not really rare: 4 are having these "asia" schemes, so if 1 operates the AMS-BKK-TPE v.v. run, 3 others can be scheduled elsewhere (like AMS-KUL-CGK v.v.); it would be more rare for you guys if KLM chooses to change to 777
-
Miss Latvia ? VERY good looking How did she finally fly to Malaysia ? by Lufthansa ? TK: better reveal the secret !!
-
Raymond, looks and the impression, huh: here you go: Europe: Martinair W-Asia: Air Astana SE-Asia: PAL Africa: Eritrean N-America: Continental C-America: COPA S-America: Varig Pacific (incl. Korea, Japan, Taiwan): ANA hope I didn't offend somebody !
-
TK, you happen to like all kinds of cities you don't fly to anymore when is your next trip to FRA ? make a side-trip to AMS if you can, so we can spot and visit the LHS
-
Azahan, Might be overthere between 14-21aug, so if something can be arranged in that week ???
-
Jonathan, sometimes VERY difficult but, now I produce a highlights list to all you guys
-
Jonathan, Indeed, "KLM asia" can only operate into Taiwan, as "KLM" is operating into the mainland; same as Swiss and BA and AF used to do
-
Sing Yew, Indeed, for a good look go to Google-maps, select Amsterdam, zoom into airport and go south-west from there: you'll see what I mean/see from my window (including that lake)
-
TK, Is she flying 747's ? How long would be her stop-over in AMS ? If scheduled for AMS, please let me know and give your camera along: I know some other excellent spots at SPL for good pictures, besides the viewing terrace... Yep, from my window: 1st B-pier, 2nd runway 06-24, 3rd SAS Radisson hotel, 4th Luchtvaart Hobby Shop, 5th church steeple of Aalsmeer (village where I was born), 6th nice big lake (Westeinderplassen)... Agree, they serve excellent food in there (but rather expensive); Norwegian salmon is the best (I think) ; how about "old amsterdam" cheese ???

Waiting for Raymond's reply, before I give my opinion
-
S V, nice "signature" what does it mean ?
-
S V, hope this "adventure" succeeds better than the RBA deal
-
Raymond, "you think is the best" : - looks ? - uniform ? - smiles ? - service given ? in other words, what do you really wanna know ?
-
Gavin, "our" RaC, Info and Contact buttons don't work when clicked; what are our RaC ?
-
me ? Daily, as my office window is overlooking runway 06-24 at SPL, and during my lunch-break I'll visit the viewing-terrace for about 1 hour, rain or shine
-
Interesting to see ex Transavia Holland aircraft
-
T K, Glad you're home safe-n-sound Hmmm, quite expensive desicion to have a "ferry flight home": as MH017 is always fully booked, you should have picked-up some "overflow" passengers from AMS Should have given me another 777 here at AMS
-
Tharan, and removed by 19.55z any REAL reason given to you ???
-
It's still there at 18.20z (you might be sleeping already )
