  1. info from FR24 should be pre-loaded when the apply for the flight? it might have last minutes changes due to the cargos sometime, as mostly they carry live animal from Australia to Kuching or KK.
  2. this fella had been parking here for weeks. simple and nice looking~ and the last photo for the time being~ my shutter mechanism decided to blind my viewfinder after this. after 9yrs and 1mth of hard works.
  3. nevertheless, yes. anyway, earlier this year when i searching ticket for the Airshow, found that on normal day can get around RM500/sector. and found that there're getting more locals here start to accept MI recently. i've just make a fast dummy booking for 04-07dec BKI-SINvv. return ticket only RM631.00. while AK return ticket (lowest available) is RM340 (gross) on the same date.
  4. the inner-engine so colourful
  5. sorry for being asking before research. there is still 3 dreamliner flying around, while DLB and DLD (iirc) grounded. because as from previous comments, i got the wrong image of an aircraft in shanghai for installing the crew rest bunk, and another 2 was grounded in BWN due to engine issues. so if so, do they have enough time to ready the aircraft for the BWN-LHR flight? or, some of their fleet already install with it?
  6. i believe no any A350 operator opts for the additional 2 engine option.
  7. seems like they follow the footsteps of OD... maybe next will be Nanning and Changsa.
  8. BKI-TSN is bookable through the website... but no idea whether they publish or not. anyway, i did a dummy search for 09Oct BKI-TSN cost around RM1,700+ on the Flexi fare. but on 10Oct, it cost only RM1,100+ on the Value fare. which quite value as you can get 3 sector, which is BKI-KUL KUL-HKT HKT-TSN, from 8am to 10pm AS IF all flight are smooth.
  9. according to FR, the aircraft BT and BV sent to Seletar. as per previous pattern aircraft send there for retirement? or having heavy check there? according to Wiki, their 150's A320 include 18Y+
  10. as of a 1hr20mins flight it's quite cheap. if compare to the 45mins flight to TWU... easily get up to RM150/sector. i dunno the exact volume, but KCH is getting more popular for China tourist as i known. only that, they lack of direct flight, or maybe foreign carrier decided not to fly direct to KCH due to abused power by some authority. anyway, seems like China Southern interested to fly JHB, as they got a team of crew just went there.
  11. A320CEO left 3 unit only as i notice. which is RBS, RBW, and RBX. RBU left the fleet by Jun RBT and RBV left by 10/11sep. but according to Wiki, their CEO got 2 type of configuration. so is RBX configured with the space-flex cabin? which deliver 2 yrs ago
  12. beside, it will also bring up the new market or travel pattern like China-BKI-TWU/Semporna-KCH-BKI-China or vice versa which nowadays many choose to BKI-TWU-KUL or another way round.
  13. the demand for BKI-TWU is too high... currently AK 5flights daily, MH 2 flights daily on 738, and few flights by Maswings (direct/via SDK) also doing well.
  14. in FR24 show that 9M-AGB grounded in BWN since 6days ago.
  15. 8 years later, today we are glad to see a Fokker 50 in BKI. which the last Fokker in MasWings fleet, 9M-MGF was retired on end of March 2010. here's the Fokker 50 (aka. Dutch Ladies) we spotted today RP-C8891 belongs to Leading Edge Air Service, which also the third to join the fleets after RP-C8250 (msn 20240, delivered on Dec2017) and RP-C9458 (msn20251, delivered on Jan2018). both of the earlier delivered Fokker50 are newer airframe which built on 1992, according to the F50 fanpage updates on the latest aircraft owner/operator list on 03aug2018. her Unique nose the PW125B is MAS the only operator paint the blades with white strips? the iconic "Fokker" logo near the tail, dedicated for Adrian M and later she continue her journey after a short tech-stop in BKi with topping up some fuel, with POB of 5. as a small tributes to our beloved Uncle Pieter and thanks to skyJus for the flight information this was taken on 08Sep, another equipment upgrade by MH from KUL.
  16. the video is nice, SV~ can see the flame some more and neverthless, Fokker50 still looks very elegant~!
  17. have not visit the cafe in person, but it's indeed come with very good environment, the renovation and designs, and good view from the cafe, especially as you say when Rwy20 in action. foods variety is quite a intersting, but the price tag was.. anyway, iirc the cafe is set-up by a local travel agent.
  18. no. more like AI-effects. hehehe
  19. try something different initially was local team triggered by FR24 with CZ will send over their 788. but eventually still 738.
  20. Continue with today wet weather spotting
  21. some photos from yesterday (01.09.2018) spotting session
  22. for the first time i take a photo of the USS Carrier, and by eyes, i dig out my "antique" lens for it purpose, pardon the quality... as was too hazy on the day i took these photos the front aft of the carrier and the rear and continue with today (25.08.18) highlights, MH2616 upgraded to A330-300 9M-MTK, which troll FR24 and showed that the next flight MH68 to be operate by this aircraft seldom we see widebody at this hour, best light condition of the day. and later she operate as MH2647 back to KUL at STD 2005, ATD 2035
  23. in fact it's USS Essex (LHD-2). if bigger, i think it's quite hard to get so close to the shore...
