    N146PA has terminated its ferry in Oklahoma City.

    The former 9M-MMM, now N146PA arrived today in Honolulu in a very sorry looking state. It is enroute to MIA from KUL via ROR, MAJ, HNL and OAK. I wonder if she will reappear in Shaheen colours as her sistership -MQC recently did. (info from HNLrarebirds)

    As part of the conversion Airbus would have no option but to extend the nose gear, as the nose down attitude would never work as any inhold systems would wear out very quickly (and they aren't reliable at the best of times!) - and if the system did fail, pushing 10+ tonne pallets up hill would pose severe injury risk and any safety conscious airline would throw the idea out based solely on that.

    E190 PT-TOC has been demo'ed to a number of potential customers in South East Asia however the main purpose was to display to Sriwijaya Air who recently placed an order for 20 at the Paris Airshow
