Kee Hooi Yen 0 Report post Posted December 15, 2007 I tried MAS reservation number in Sydney several times in the past few months and each time it took at least 15 min to be answered, and that was after I pressed '1' for the options "press 1 if you are flying first class or bussiness class, press 2 for economy" (even I was in economy).
