H Azmal 0 Report post Posted September 30, 2005 (edited) I know of only one - the now-rotting-at-JHB fokker F50 9M-MEQ. They also flew to Seletar (in Republik Singapura) and Tioman; Pekanbaru and Melaka too if my memory serves me well. On another note, I seem to remember 9M-MEQ (EDIT: and 9M-MER) came from MH. Can anybody confirm so or otherwise? EDIT: I found these through Airliners.net F50 9M-MEQ, 9M-MER Fairchild Dornier 228-202(K) 9M-PEL De Havilland Canada DHC-8-311Q Dash 8 9M-PGA (undelivered?) Gavin Andrew David 6 Report post Posted October 6, 2005 I wonder why they wouldn't sell their aircraft to at lesat regain some of their money
Norman 1 Report post Posted October 6, 2005 (edited) I wonder why they wouldn't sell their aircraft to at lesat regain some of their money 9342[/snapback] Not enough to cover even they sell everything... The aircraft are in that states since they're are under receivership awaiting court decision.... The longer they wait... the lower the value.... the more debts they can't pay... Peter Smith 1 Report post Posted October 10, 2005 (edited) Such a shame 1) Fokker 50's are fairly sort after a/c and with such low time as those birds would have, would make them very popular. 2) they didn't take up the Dash 8-300 Sadly, corrosion has certainly won over the F50's, and there future looks very bleak. Certainly in a state of disrepair. Edited October 10, 2005 by Liam Gibb
