MAS Timetable Goes Online November 27, 2006 20:11 PM KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 27 (Bernama) -- Malaysia Airlines (MAS) has introduced e-timetable to replace the print version effective Northern Winter operations, end-October 2006. In a statement here Monday, MAS said the e-timetable offered customers a number of options and was designed to help ease their travel planning needs. MAS senior general manager, network and revenue management, Bernard Francis, said the e-timetable was an important tool that was aligned to the company's various initiatives implemented under the Business Turnaround Plan. "This will enhance our customer value proposition and will give us the flexibility and agility in terms of meeting specific customer needs while allowing us to reach more customers as the flight schedules are distributed on a wider scale. "It will also allow us to be much more responsive to our customers as we will be able to implement changes faster based on its customers' online trend," he said. He said the data would be updated automatically every week to give customers the latest information to help them plan their itinerary. -- BERNAMA

Been wanting to show everyone these screenshots for a long time.... MAS warning: Shameless. Notice the incompatibility? The 'Date' part is disabled. Someone please point me to another 5-star airline website (or any other airline, for that matter) which marginalizes users of other OS's and browser software.
