Pending any MRO work or other unrelated 'external' factors , I understand the following applies :

 

ACJ : PM

737 BBJ : Agong

GLEX : DPM / Menteris / very rarely govt officers

Falcon : Menteris / Generals

F28 : Menteris / Generals

CN235 : Generals (never heard of a dedicated flight for non-military personnel but others might want to correct me)

 

I heard if DCAM were to travel private, they usually take the calibrator learjets. Otherwise maybe on any of the above escorting the head honchos.
