  1. I wish that MAS have lanes where they put families with chlidren in according to the age of one child. Because at LAX on my trip as MH095/AI6095, when one MAS personnel said, "Families with children get in this line", like 30 to 35 families were in one line. Very long and frustrating because of the long line and the flight was delayed for 1 hr and 25 mins.
  2. MAS is already doing that for International routes; But just to let everone know since my dad's cousin, who is a MAS flight attendant is coming to LA on MH094 on Nov. 3, 2006, does anyone have any suggestions so that I could pass it on to her?
  3. Which of the following aircraft could be an alternative than the A380 (just want to know)
  4. I agree; Why can't all of the A380 and A380F customers cancel the orders altogether and go for the B773ER, B777F, B748, or the B748F so Boeing can rub their achievements to Airbus.
  5. Since MH is going through problems the members of Skyteam (AM, KL, AF and KE, CO, etc.) can help. The list below only includes airlines that have expressed their desire to join SkyTeam or are in negotiations to do so. * Serbia Jat Airways - recently launched a campaign to join the alliance. * Malaysia Malaysia Airlines - the airline reached an agreement with Air France-KLM to upgrade their code-sharing agreement into an alliance in 2006. No timeframe has been given for MAS joining the alliance, but the company's restructuring plan puts this no later than 2008-2009. Came from: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SkyTeam
  6. It's a tradition of AirAsia, since they are a Low Cost Carrier, they believe that in order to keep costs low, they should not use aerobridges because you have to pay money in order to use it and that will not keep air costs low, just to let you know .
  7. I guess Boeing new 787 (even though Xiamen change orders) and the 777F is very successful and the A380 empire is falling . I hope MAS buys a couple of 777F .
  8. Will SQ send their new 773ER to LAX? (just out of curiousity) This is because I want to take a picture of SQ 773ER .
  9. Now that's what I call luxury serivce . Thanks for the info and pictures KC .
  10. What I mean is that SQ is offering First, Raffles, and Economy Class with cosmetics and products, just like VS.
  11. SIA is getting the message of luxury; I mean, providing their passengers with products, they are following Virgin Atlantic Airways's program, even though SQ owns 65% of VS . Thank for the info Keith
  12. Can someone help me to find the flight schedule from any airline from Los Angeles to London Heathrow (the ones with the number of stops is also okay) for March 30, 2007 to April 8, 2007 ?
  13. Wow, I guess you German !!! I heard that word before and I never knew what it means .
  14. I think Virgin Atlantic Airways, British Airways and American Airlines are the only airlines that takes you from Los Angeles to London Heathrow .
  15. Has China Airline's plane have ever been shot down?
  16. Maybe I have to tell my drama teacher to look into VS instead of BA/AA.
  17. I don't get, how come most airlines refuse to raise salaries . Take Northwest Airlines for instance. 200 of their pilots went on stike for the same reason .
  18. Ok, my friend, whose the name is Brenden, he is a New York Yankees fan. If he hears that a Yankee pitcher was killed in that NY crash, He will not be happy .
  19. My drama teacher hates Virgin Atlantic Airways because he said the airline tickets cost too much
  20. So the final answer is British Airways; Thanks everyone
  21. This appears to be the very first time that a LCC is buying out a national carrier
  22. My dad knows and person who used to be a Malaysia Airlines head travel agent in Los Angeles and he may know the Malaysia Airlines CEO; so I could ask him to see how Malaysia Airlines will work through the A380 delay and have him know to tell the MAS CEO on other options like the B773ER or the 748. But the problem is that it may not work, but I'll try
  23. I looked at Wikipedia Encyclopedia about Malaysia Airlines here is what they said: Link to the Wikipedia Encyclopedia about Malaysia Airlines: Malaysia Airlines **Go to "Fleet" and it is on the fourth paragraph. Overall, is this true that MAS will eventually but some 787s ?
  24. Asiana served Malaysia, at Kota Kinabalu, using an A321.
  25. I don't think Airbus will be a happy camper now
