  1. Most probably they reshuffled the plane such that the passengers on the "spare aircraft" hop on later flight to the same destination. When this kind of accident happened, surely there'll be group of people who'll have to take the consequence. I think the police report required for official record. That catering truck driver should be looking out for different job now. I a few times almost got hit by these reckless drivers during walkaround.
  2. Don't worry, new aircraft like triple got some sensors whereby it will make some noise if you don't touch certain things within certain times. On older aircraft, we use stewardess as a tool to keep us awake....of course chit chat only...
  3. Why did they accept the plane if the rudder cannot move freely in the first place?Isn't it compromising safety? I know we have some of the best engineers here otherwise all the MH737 in the museum already by now. And yes, we have plenty of Aussie here in KL, Singapore and some say Batam... you want to nego also don't come and bash other people freely.
  4. 1 to go suddenly only came out. huhu... anyway, another 2 from me A6-EBS 9V-SVJ
  5. Those pictures reminds me of my flying school days...good old memories....
  6. Fully agreed! I went to work when the shops are still closed and finish work with shops already closed. Now I have past my sleeping time, and cannot sleep. damn...i should take part time job as batman la like this.
  7. Ok, another series from me... 9M-MPS 9M-MKF 9M-MQF HS-OMC 9M-MKE and close up of what Azahan got from the gang
  8. I saw a few guys spotting in the rain yesterday at weather station(29/06/08) Post MW anniversary spotting?
  9. Nice to meet you all! Here's my share of the spotting, more to come but have to go to work. 9M-MMX PH-BFG 9M-AFS PK-LII 9V-JSB
  10. I don't think its cover up. Probably there's no publicity. With a lot of things currently going on in Malaysia, this kind of news just doesn't fit in. People rather have that column replace with extra sudoku.
  11. Fuih, first class pictures! Thanks for the coverage! Looking at the plane still intact but the frame on top of the aircraft just behind the cockpit seems visible. Maybe just the paint job or structural damage?

    Extra flights 7xxx
  13. So AK pretend that they accept the facilities(with pricing)...hold the payment and after that refuse to pay? Then appeal for reduction...sounds like Ah Long's victims only... As of now AK surely in deep trouble...more planes to come, more price reduction, now must pay MAHB. I hope they wont use the same trick to pay the airbuses.
  14. Guys, power la ur pictures! Ala HDR!
  15. I was using the desert survival technique...hehe....thus covering the neck.... Anyway, here's my take. Shown here Ewan with his gear...spying on us... Sam a bit shy with his big gun...too long can't even fit my picture...huhu We were waiting for MasKargo but she arrived at night instead, so we settled for something smaller... presenting the classic MMB!!!!! gracefully she flew towards the touchdown point... AFE making her usual nose high landing... The charter plane also quite busy...she took off about 1 hour later for a trip to Layang-layang... Then another vintage came in MMD Also classic from Air Asia...AAF...flew by japanese lady pilot!!!!Arigato!!! Hait!!! MMI touchdown smoothly... That was a nice spotting trip. Thank you for bringing me to the airport and good lunch as well... Seems to short...what to do must go work also...huhuhu.....
  16. Nice pictures guys! Sam, aircraft was full thus the late rotation....huhu.... TK, Lucky your triple didn't blow off the small jets parking there,hehe... That Fokker picture, were you standing underneath triple's wing?
  17. Nice shots guys! BTW I noticed the colors on 40D very nice...!
  18. Thank you for flying with Malaysia Airlines! We have been reminded to treat everyone as guest!!!yeepaa!!!
  19. If it's my flight, I'll strongly recommend the capt to divert. Flaps 15 landing at 1800m runway pretty tough...now add 144 pax inside.
  20. Well, airplanes are just like cars. You don't really damage the internal system just by driving your car on the grass. It's possible that the flight crew decided not to evacuate as there's no real threat there. Unnecessary evacuation can cause a lot of problem like injury.
  21. Eh, normal la bro! during transit, engineer's turn...thats why have to do in flight...hehehe...
  22. Hmmm...the co-pilot surely thought the Capt was trying to hit on the stewardess for taking such a long time....hehaha...
  23. AAC is the killer shot!!!! also the 767!!!!
  24. Well, there is a signboard stated " authorized vehicle only" before you enter the said area ...anyway, chasing plane spotters another supporting reason for high security at the wrong place.
  25. I think they should increase the security level since KLIA is a public place. 50 missed target bullets means nothing but it could have cost 50 lives otherwise. So it is definitely serious. The security level in KLIA is not that bad for a non terrorist target country it's just that it's concentrated to much at the wrong area and wrong people like pilots etc whereby they forgot to look at other areas as well. This is not only for KLIA, It applies to every airport in Malaysia. I once put folded newspaper on top of the luggage scanning machine and passed through security check and collected back the newspaper still folded without being asked to open it. It could have been a knife/gun or whatever inside and it happened at our local airport. BTW I damn hate it when I saw police traffic chasing cars sending/pickup passengers at KLIA.
