I was at KL Sentral on Sunday. The newly renovated ticketing office and Enrich office are together now and its look great. At least Enrich is open when the ticketing office is open so 4am to midnight Monday to Sunday, unlike before 9-5 Monday to Friday. I was there to sort out my Enrich problems and I asked about the latest WoR and they don't even know what the promotion is because they haven't printed the books yet and management hasn't sent them a print out of what promotion is running. They could only tell me that London and Australia is on 2x miles.

Well there is an unpublished tier which is higher than Platinum. Its called Platinum Prestige. The added benefit is for every 10k Enrich miles earned you get 1k Enrich Miles. For your birthday month my mum and dad was given RM350 Temptations voucher during their birthday. Im not sure how what the qualification criteria is but dad earned 180k Enrich Miles in one year travelling exclusively on Business and 2 First class trips.

I have recently done this route although mine was return. My flight from LHR-KUL and LHR-KUL were credited separately from the KUL-BKK and BKK-KUL sector. So you may still get the points for the sector that you have flown.

The new World of Enrich is out already online though.

I dont know how to edit but its actually every 10k enrich miles earned you get 1000 enrich threshold bonus not every 10,000k. Should have proof read. He qualified it with last year with a total of 123,235 elite miles and 84 sectors. All in business class. I know he was upgraded when renewal for Enrich Platinum was only 80k and once he reached 100,000 elite miles he was upgraded to Platinum Prestige. Since Platinum renewal is now 100,000 elite miles instead of 80k im not sure what the qualification criteria is anymore. However in his account it mentions to renew is 100,000 elite miles or 150 elite sectors instead of 100 elite sectors.

Got an SMS today from Enrich mentioning a downtime of their website during 16/02 to 18/02. Very surprised to see this SMS especially when I live in the UK not Malaysia thus the number they have in my Enrich account is a UK mobile number. Im liking these little enhancements. Anyone received this SMS or is it because I am Enrich Platinum? BTW not sure if you guys are interested but there is a level above Enrich Platinum and thats called Enrich Platinum Prestige. Dad just qualified for it and reading the extra benefits. Same benefits as Platinum but every 10,000k Enrich miles earned you get 1000 Enrich miles threshold bonus.

Hi HC Chai Transferring of points from credit card wont give you any elite miles. To qualify for Enrich Gold from Enrich Blue one would need to accumulate 50k elite miles.

I've just rechecked and Business class and First Class redemption rates are back to normal now. When i checked LHR was showing 51k for one way in business class but now back to 46750 miles. So basically like what you said no changes at all. It took them 6 days to do nothing. If it wasn't because im Enrich Platinum I would have given up. I went the extra mile to become Platinum so hopefully in return they improve themselves before they join oneworld.

Took them longer than expected to upgrade the website and yet I see no improvements. Miles calculator still not working. I've also realised that the miles required for redemption has gone up for Business and First Class is not available for booking for London and Sydney routes.

Yeah since the last month i realised too that the miles have been credited within 24hrs.

This lounge was looking tired for a long time already. Its just in time for the arrival of the A380s and oneworld membership. I look forward to using the new Platinum Suite.

Checked with the lady at Enrich KL Sentral and Swiss ceased to be an Enrich Partner Airline from 31 July 2011.

Thanks alot! Which means i will make another round trip from London to KL to qualify for Enrich Platinum! Yeah the Platinum Miles were from me traveling on Business class numerous times this year from London to KL. Did some Economy class flights as well. I did pop an email to them two weeks ago but with no reply. Thanks for your help!

Thats what i thought so as well until I saw on my latest statement Enrich Platinum Miles 79048 and Elite miles 82352.

Hey guys does any one of you know what are the requirements for attaining Enrich Platinum. Does one need to travel 100k elite miles in First and Business class or does Economy Class counts as well? Thanks

Well you will be earning miles on all of your flights if i am not wrong as your class is booked under classes that earn miles. Domestic u only earn miles on W and Y class. The best is to call up Malaysia Airlines and ask them to be sure. Yeah they have actually improved the earning scheme. I was about to give up on enrich when i thought that fares booked under MH Smart and MH Flex were the only ones earning miles in international flights. Oww i am not sure about that. Coz my friend booked a flight from London to Kuala Lumpur on L class and still managed to get miles. Give a call to Malaysia Airlines to ask them why u didn get your points credited into your account.

I had the same experience with you Mohd Azizul Ramli. I fly with MAS on the KUL-LHR sector every 2 months and sometimes my points were not recorded as i did not show my enrich card upon check in which i know is my fault. I went to KL Sentral to claim my miles and that was the exact same conversation i had with MAS KL Sentral. Jln Sultan Ismail office for Enrich is the best i have to say everything is done on the spot and they are so helpful. They told me that i qualified for Enrich Gold and I even got my Enrich card upgraded to Enrich Gold on the spot and they gave me the membership pack. This is what i expect a flagship store - KL Sentral should be providing. Truly 5 Star service.

Oh that is only for domestic travel with Malaysia Airlines. With international travel your will earn L,V,S (MH Low) 30% and H,Q (MH Basic) 70% and B,M (MH Smart) 100% and K,W,Y (MH Flex) 125%. I know this because i went to the Malaysia Airlines office to get them to explain to me all of the fares as i was confused and wanted to ensure that i was earning the maximum miles to maintain my elite status. I informed them that the website mentions all those things that are for domestic travel even though i was booking for international travel. Finally i got the maximum 125% miles on K class recorded on my enrich account.. They mentioned to me that they are currently making changes to the website and to give them time to correct the information for international travel.

Really MAS making losses on their KUL-LHR route?? I am not sure about a few years ago but i am sure that within these 2 years it is probably their most profitable route. I usually travel this route every 2 months and every time i am on the flight first, golden club and economy is packed sometimes with first and golden club overbooked..
