Taken in 1992, looks to me that it was trying to perform a stunt and then stalled.

This was a test flight for the A/C - Elevator Gust locks were not removed prior to flight, hence the serious increase in pitch and subsequent low altitude stall which culminated in this spectacular, yet tragic crash.

Sandeep, was that the test flight for this TC turboprop conversion? Original DHC-4A Caribon had piston engines with 14 cylinders each!
