-small upperdeck , multiple windows , same as 742

-shorter fuselage

-no wing trailing edge pylon

-no winglet

741

-small upperdeck with 3 cabin windows each side

-no winglet

742

-same as 741 just that the upperdeck have multiple windows

-no winglet

742SCD

-looks the same as 743

743

-stretch upperdeck . multiple windows with the emergency exit in the middle

-no winglet

744

-stretch upperdeck , the same as 743

-have winglets

744D

-looks almost exactly the same as 743

-no winglets

-shorter ailerons

Not all 741 has 3 windows, some has the same number of upper deck windows as 742.

 

Noted that the PIA 743 above has 744D wings!

I think this is all a Boeing conspiracy to confuse us spotters !! As if all the -3H6, -212 etc suffices weren't enough ! :)

 

BTW, I don't think the PIA 743 had the whole 744D wing - rather, some of the last 743's built had the wing root / fuselage fairing of 744's installed, presumably there must be some aerodynamic advantage there. Isn't that PIA bird ex-CX ?

ok... now back to the differences, perhaps KC Sim wants to highlight them with the purple circles again... :D

 

 

OT: 1 more thing: PIA's curvy line (from below the PIA words right up to the mid-section) kinda similar to EL AL's, isn't it?
