Depends on the season, like during Carnival: forget it....at present (= October) flight filled 'only' between 80-90% on KL....no idea on AF

If direct flights (ex AMS/CDG) are fully booked, you can still go there via CUR/AUA/BON (by AT4) or via the US of A (various airlines)
