BC Tam 2 Report post Posted June 19, 2012 (edited) You don't need sound when playing Mr. Bean Actually, you'll be surprised how big a part those silly background music and simulated audience laughter contribute towards your appreciation of Bean Try watching his sketches with volume muted - much like trying to enjoy your favourite meal with a blocked up nose Reminds me of our CZ flight home from Hangzhou - movie was screened on those drop down displays whilst audio was played out on the flight's PA system. I think they had to strike a balance between having it audible but not so it disturbed pax who wanted a bit of shut eye - this on top of the background drone of the bird's engines as well. Needless to say, it was not the least successful, and (if I may quote Rowan Atkinson) bit like a broken pencil - pointless Edited June 19, 2012 by BC Tam
