Raymund Yeoh 1 Report post Posted March 18, 2011 Traffic in Jakarta is I believe in my opinion as bad as traffic in Manila...Its basicallly standstill during most of the day.....depending on where u want to go and visit, I suggest u google and check the places you want to visit....n also check the forums for insights and feedback.... Just to give u an insight, one of my friend who is a regular visitor to Jakarta once missed his flight even he left the hotel 4 hours before the schedule flight. The city is really fast developing and they have this once a month traffic free zone in Thamrin area and it is smack in the city centre. Excellent way of socialising and checking the locals/tourists.
