Kee Hooi Yen 0 Report post Posted March 22, 2010 (edited) I read somewhere in A.net regarding BA cabin crew strike. There is one BA cabin crew with 5 years seniority mentions he/she is getting approx. 23k pound sterling per annum (incl. all the allowances with max. 900 flying hours per year), before tax, which is hardly for him / her to buy a property with average price of 175k pound sterling in London. I would like to know how does this pay scale compare to others airlines ? Which airline is paying its staff (cabin crew, pilot etc) the most in the industry ? BC Tam 2 Report post Posted March 22, 2010 ..... a property with average price of 175k pound sterling in London. Sounds a bargain too good to be true ! What, a 5th floor walk up loft conversion bedsit sharing communal wc, in a secluded neighbourhood (read isolated and far from public transport) - and in need of refreshing ?? Mushrif A 3 Report post Posted March 23, 2010 Generally, airline CEOs and CX pilots would be somewhere near the top of the list.

Pieter C. 5 Report post Posted March 23, 2010 23000 UKL is very low pay for the UK (= In Europe, I've heard LH/BA/AF/KL captains are about the best paid pilot jobs... International pursers with KL are also making good money
