Which Airline's Staff is The Most Well Paid ?

I read somewhere in A.net regarding BA cabin crew strike. There is one BA cabin crew with 5 years seniority mentions he/she is getting approx. 23k pound sterling per annum (incl. all the allowances with max. 900 flying hours per year), before tax, which is hardly for him / her to buy a property with average price of 175k pound sterling in London.

 

I would like to know how does this pay scale compare to others airlines ? Which airline is paying its staff (cabin crew, pilot etc) the most in the industry ?

In Europe, I've heard LH/BA/AF/KL captains are about the best paid pilot jobs...

 

International pursers with KL are also making good money
