kaybin 0 Report post Posted May 27, 2009 As a starting point of tackling this problem, I would consider the following few things: 1. Optimize, optimize, optimize..... Cut redundancy, cut anything that fall below of the 20% significances under Pareto principles. 2. Redefine the pricing model especially for the last 4 hour prior departure. 3. Marketing to target few new segment, such as increase awareness of "premier airline experience". 4.
