Cornelis Boersma 0 Report post Posted October 18, 2009 (edited) Here my 1st selection of shots from The Hawaiian Islands After arriving on HNL and vacating the RWY I spotted this 727 from my aircraftwindow! The international terminal is open, no windows from a very small walkway with fantastic view on one of the runways and a couple of parked aircraft I also took some pictures from the roof of parkinggarage, but got send away after 20 minutes as some scared people called security because of my camera.. PISSED OFF You see the submarine also in this picture? After landing from another Hawaiian Airport I spotted this Diesel 8 On departure to Kahului, Maui I spotted this Chinese bird There is also some militairy activity going on @ HNL Further can be seen at this airport Hercules / DC10 / 707 and C17 aircraft I continue with civil.. Ryan 767 in NC! QF from SYD, some days they send Jetstar A330, other days QF 767 Aloha Cargo And inside the hangar an Aloha Cargo 732 painted with normal colors on left side, but the right side is all about love 4 Island Air liveries And on departure to SFO a shot from my aircraft. With some more Chinese carriers and a Hawaiiand Diesel 9 Interested in shots from OGG? I dont have so much really, just 4 or 5... Cornelis Boersma 0 Report post Posted October 18, 2009 Hehe thx m8 I was wondering what those Chinese carriers were doing at HNL! So on delivery stop at HNL Pretty lucky then! Just read last week that the 1st scheduled flight with China is starting around February next year. Hainan giving it a try with A346 from PEK. The Shanghai 73G arrived at the same time as I arrived in from LAX Be patient for Travolta's 707 It will follow in the TRIP REPORT in Flight Logbook as soon as I have time to finish the last part of my trip 4 from OGG Also flights to US Mainland. A couple of 767 operate here daily. Also US carriers fly 757 and 767 into Maui Kahului Airport. I believe this was the first or second repainted A332 of Delta! 2 shots from dual approach, bot the best shots, but just to share the feeling with you Whats this? Air Force? Navy?
