Your welcome Fahmi, Im not exactly sure when their advert is out. What i normally do is every Saturday i check The STAR newspaper. Find the StarJobs pullout and look through. The last advert was there,front page somemore..hehe... well..now u know what i do every Saturday morning... haha! being rejected for an application doesnt actually mean u cannot apply and go through the selection process again. One friend of mine kept trying. He first applied for SIA Cadetship after his STPM. He was rejected. Then he did a Diploma in Computer Science and applied. They rejected again. Then he continued his so called plan B and did his Bachelors in Computer Sceince in Australia. And this time, he was selected from out of 400 applicants. He is now a 777 FO. So the lesson is, dont give up, keep your hopes up and rejection only makes u stronger and stronger... i really dont know what happening with my application, but we all got a long way to go...so have fun while waiting, and learn the aviation world...

Dont give up that easily bro!! Keep your goal at the back of your mind, learn from your mistakes, be patient and never lose hope...

I heard news early this year that Air Asia were not taking in cadets this year,but they open the selection next year.I dont knwo how much this is true,so keep looking out in the papers and their website bro..keep your hopes high! btw,you have to use your real name in the forum.You can ask Gavin to change it for you. yeah..maybe they are having problems placing cadets n downsizing..but why did they even open the selections in the first place?well,looking at MAPA's statistics,many pilots are leaving..

Hi guys, im new here and there has been a question lingering on my mind for these past few months. I applied for the Cadet Pilot Programme after my SPM and i was selected for the Physcomotor Test sometime this year in March. With some luck (i guess),I managed to pass the test. The admin staff who was incharge said MAS would send a letter calling us for the Physcometric Exam, but they would take a long time. Anyone has any clue on whats the progress? Have they selected any cadets from that batch? Have they frozen thier selection? Hehe...was just wondering bout all these and i hope someone here can answer me!Thanks! Brennan.
