  1. Just saw this on Airliners.net. KLM finally got the 777-300ER KLM 777-300ER But it already flying in my signature for almost 4 months and also my desktop wallpaper for longer then that Most of all, Herpa and Skymarks is coming out with the models soon. Azuddin
  2. You guys should try IAH or DFW, this is some airport other then LAX which spotting is a legal activity. I've been spotting at IAH a lot of time. Police and Airport Security did do their patrolling, but they won't disturb you when you spotting. Once I was spotting at IAH, I was accompanied by an Airport Security which turn out to be an aviation fan, but not really a spotter. He even took me to a nice spot where you can get a nice view of airplane rotate. William Hobby Airport nearby downtown Houston also good. There's an Aviation college opposite the airport which the parking lot is a gathering spot for spotters. Azuddin
  3. I don't have a lot to bash about MH, except the time the FA recommend me an alcoholic drink during the 30 minutes delay and the time when one of the overhead compartment collapse over the seat in front of me. Most the time, I fly MH for free. It's only a few flight which I pay myself since it's personal reason but still only just pay half price. One reason why I never been on AK. Azuddin
  4. I'll take that advice I was a Houston spotter before. I use a lot of Sony since it's already good enough for snapping a 747 on final which is less then 30 to 40ft above my head. Support my model shop and my supplier la.. The more order I have to work on, the quicker I can get a Nikon Azuddin
  5. Melaka is upgrading their airport. if they come, i could fly to SIN more often Azuddin
  6. Name: Muhammad Azuddin Abdul Aziz Age: 21 Occupation: Students, part time die-cast aircraft seller. Location: Melaka and Kuala Lumpur (Previously Houston) Camera: Sony Cybershot 3.2, Sony Cybershot 5.1, Sony Cybershot 8.2 10x Optical. Still saving up for a D70.
  7. I would love to do that. If I go to MMU Cyberjaya next year, I can go there almost everyday. Azuddin
  8. Let say I'm a beginner, not yet a "Darth". Only been my second time spotting in KUL. Azuddin
  9. Hehe, would love to get one, will get one once my saving is enough I sure could use some lesson from the pros after I got one. Azuddin
  10. I will be going back to Malacca next week. I might have the chance to spot it during it's second session in February. P/S: Simon, if your newly ordered A380 model arrived this week, I will see you somewhere next week. Azuddin
  11. I think there could be less then 20 MW members there. I was there with my dad and my family. One of our member, Ismadee I. join us shortly after that. Where later we join TK, Jon, Kevin and the rest. But it was one unbelievable crowd. I think those MAB patrol don't even have the guts to break such large crowd. Azuddin
  12. Was it "pasar malam" or "perhimpunan bersih" I didn't expect the crowd there is so huge yesterday. Azuddin
  13. Thanks for the tips Norman, will check my cam and do as you says I haven't discover the whole option of the camera since it's only 5 days old. Azuddin
  14. those silhouette shots are nice, especially the A330. Hopefully one day I can see some A380 silhouette eclipsing the sun which display the 2 decks of windows row. One magical thing about solid silhouette is that you can tell that the plane is either heading for 2 different direction. This shot is magical. You can tell either the plane is departing and banking left, or the plane is on final appraoch. Azuddin
  15. Is this an audition for A380 Cheerleaders Azuddin
  16. Here's my shot from yesterday apart from the A380. My second time spotting at KLIA and practicing with a new camera. The shot isn't that good. Some of my personal favorite Specially dedicated to LeeCH, Colin Kok and other fellow Singaporeans. Trying on some saturize effect. Azuddin
  17. I think I just got lucky today. It's been 3 times I'm trying to see the A380 but never got the chance. But today's the day. Here's what I got. Not really good shot since I'm still trying to get use of the new camera and I was too excited to see the A380. My second time KUL spotting and 1st time encounter with A380. Azuddin
  18. Great news. Congrats to CI Azuddin
  19. I'm with you on this, especially use the Retro scheme on modern aircraft like 777-200 or A330-300 to show the contra. Take a look at this example of retro. This model was planned to be released by Dragon Wings, but it was canceled due to license problem with American Airlines. American Airlines B777-200 Retro scheme. Looks good. Azuddin
  20. Alitalia is one American Airline is another which maintain the bare metal from the beginning. Not Delta of course. Like they says, if Delta come out with new livery, it's means something not good.
  21. Not looking good looks like a W/O damage. Did the aircraft crashland on the grass ad enter the runway or did it landed from the other side and have the 180 drift??? Azuddin
  22. Few years ago when I live in Kemaman. Kemaman has a very big reserve area behind the industrial park, If anyone familiar with Kemaman, the area is known as Mak Lagam, which is behind Kg Fikri. I was thinking that Kemaman can be a good center for the east Gateway since it's like in the middle between Kuantan and Kuala Terengganu. Nowadays, Kemaman is even busier then Kuala Terengganu. And what I've heard from the local, that reserve area is even bigger then KLIA parameter. Azuddin
  23. I take note for that. I think I just go by the lake this Sunday. Azuddin
  24. I see I just try my luck this Sunday. Azuddin
  25. Is the A380 coming in everyday within that date mentioned by Norman? I'm planning on spotting trip this Sunday (20/1/08) Azuddin
