Malaysia Airlines has released new baggage guidlines

On September 8, 2006, the Department of Civil Aviation Malaysia has gone over the guidelines on flight to and form the United Kingdom. Passgers are allowed to carry liquids but are subject to heavy screening. But for KUL-LAX via TPE and KUL-JFK via Stockholm are restricted from bring liquids to the aircraft.

Do you think that this is a good idea for MAS to allow liquids on aircraft only on KUL-LHR flights after the alledged terrorist threat on August 10 ,2006?

It all depends how the 'heavy screening' is done ...

c. Laptops and electrical items are required to be removed from carry-on bag for screening.

Not apply to Malaysian Airport screening process??, isn't removing laptop from carry on bag during screening is mandatory????
