there a movie about this called miracle landing. the person who died is Clarabelle Lansing who is a flight attendance. she was sucked out of the plane when the roof torn apart.

that photo reenact and not real. that 732 in that shot is actually a model. you can tell by looking at the wings and windows which is static.

 

in real accident, the 732 actually has a large crack at the engine on the right wing due to the roof debrees which got sucked into the engine. and aloha never had a blue cheatline. also, for real, the crack doesn't look like in the picture which looks more like it been cuted by knife. the real rip is all the way down to the cargo compartment.

 

the footage of the plane used in movie "miracle landing" is the real footage of the accident.

I even't can imagine only one casualties,although the condition of that aircraft was in horror...
