KK Lee 5 Report post Posted February 1, 2014 According to Chinese friends; Xi Jinping's doctrine is more hardline and militant than previous regime, spending on PLA has increased, developing and deploying new weapon system is priority. Currently, PLA air force may not able to enforce South China Sea ADIZ but to be in consistent with territorial claim, they are likely to declare but won't enforce until PLA is better equipped.
