They need to learn how to act civilised and listen to authority when it is essential (when it can risk the safety of others).

On one of the flights, one of high school kids (they came in a group of 20-30) didn't put his headphone away (for landing) even after being told more than 3 times. He even managed to argue with FA. The FA just stood there and stared until he put it away.
