There are just so many things that MAHB can do to KLIA - all they need to do is learn from our neigbours (despite its age, Changi still trumps over most of the newer airports in Asia ie Incheon, KLIA and in most non-skytrax surveys - HKG in terms of favourite airport amongst travellers) The thing that I cant stop thinking about is....when these ppl planned and built KLIA in the early 90s, didnt they think of ways to either emulate or better our closest rival Changi or even Schiphol?
