Y. J. Foo 0 Report post Posted December 30, 2005 (edited) British Airways flight 116, a 747-400, has experienced a fire in engine number 2 after takeoff from runway 31L at approximately 2325 lcl. The flight landed safely on runway 31L some 20 minutes later and was inspected by fire services on taxiway papa. It is has taxiied back to T7 to offload passengers.
