This is a chopper . frequents KIA ; normally goes to Sibu at times lands at the Sarawak General Hosp kuching. Is this being used by the Flying Doctor Service?

seems to be some problem at KIA yesterday evening . intersection C blocked for a while at approx 1800 and taxiway A cannot be used later in the night.
