Streched Boeing 787-10X?

Interesting article in Flight International about a possible further double stretch of the 787 called th -10 which can seat 290 passengers...it seems Emirates is pushing Boeing to come up with this aircraft to counter the A350-900....it will definately take out the 777-200ER out of the market if this comes to fruition in circa 2010.. it is a probably a good replacement for MAS's 777's too..

yup..but i doubt it...and anyway...MH wouldnt need to be replacing those sleek 777 anytime soon..long way to go..maybe juz an add on ..but like i said..i doubt a new series of AC of tht capacity would be viable..

Well, if Boeing does go ahead with the 787-10, it would look like a smaller version of the 777-300 with the long fuselage..

I hope it's not true. I prefer them for just having an enhance version of 772/772ER, just like what Airbus is doing now 330 > 350.

the enhanced t7s are the 772LR, they're t7 NGs me thinks.

I mean enhance version for the 772 A and B market ones, Brendan The B777-200LR is serving a whole different market, ultra-long-haul.
