MASwings

MASWings offers fare discounts and extra baggage allowance on Fokker 50

flights

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Malaysia Airlines' wholly owned subsidiary, MASWings, is introducing Family

Fares on its Fokker 50 flights effective 15 October 2007.

The Family Fares represent a 15% discount off the normal full fares and are

available for a minimum group size of 3 passengers booked in one

reservation record.

The group must travel on the same flight and date and must also comprise at

least two adults.

Apart from Family fares, MASWings also has an existing 'early bird' offer

which is lower than the normal fares. Customers have to book, confirm and

ticket their travel 7 days in advance to enjoy the 'early bird' offers.

In addition, MASWings is offering special discounts for students and senior

citizens, subject to certain terms and conditions.

Passengers on MASWings' Fokker 50 flights now enjoy 20 kgs free baggage

allowance instead of the earlier 15kg allowance.

My recent flight on FY was even unbelieveable at RM0.00 + taxes, fees and surcharges that totalled RM47.00, only sold at PEN office with a coupon printed in The Star (and few other papers) northern edition.

However the plane 9M-MGK stank.... smelt like as if there was some kind of electrical short circuit or something. I hope the ATR will come soon.

Good news!!

Does anyone know what is the discount offered by MASwings for senior citizen and students? Would it be 50% just like the 'good old days'?!
