消息：南航擬與大韓航空組貨運公司

媒體指出，中國大型航空公司南方(1055.HK)(600029.SS)將夥大韓航空，籌建貨運航空公司。

 

南航副總經理徐傑波證實，公司正與數家外資公司洽談，包括天合聯盟(SkyTeam Alliance)的成員，暫未達成協議，但肯定是南航將佔大部份股權。新公司成立後，重點將拓展美國、歐洲、荷蘭等國際航線，提高旗下國際航線比例至六、七成。

 

天合聯盟成員之一的大韓航空發言人表示，公司將於2至3個月內，與中資達成合組公司協議。

 

消息未能扭轉南航跟隨港股跌勢，21日小跌0.578%，報1.72港元。

 

 

China Souther Airlines and Korean Air to form a new cargo airline

 

China Southern is in discussion with several foreign companies along with Skyteam members, but have yet to firm up any deals. China Southern will be the majority shareholder for this new airline. The new cargo airline's destination will be USA, Europe, Holland and etc. It will increase the current international destination served by China Southern Airlines' cargo division by 60-70%.

 

Korean Air spokesperson said that their company will reach an agreement with China Southern within 2-3 months.

 

Despite the announcement of this news, it has not helped China Southern to recover from the recent decline in HKSE. On 21 July, CZ's share fell by 0.578% closed at HKD $1.72.
