Unfortunately, the iconic and unique Antonov An-225 Mriya was also destroyed. Some of us were fortunate to see this wonderful aircraft with their own eyes - my first encounter with it was at the 1990 Farnborough Air Show where it flew a fantastic display for such a large and clumsy plane! I was also lucky enough to catch it when it visited us in KUL.
