Malaysia Airlines incorporated (05-May-2014) an offshore company under the name 'MAS B738 EXIM (L) LIMITED' at a paid up capital of USD1 in cash for its operation

 

Does anyone know about this? This article appeared in CAPA news

It was reported in Bernama yesterday. Most likely to be some financing vehicle for one or more of their B738s to.keep it off MAS balance sheet.
