Hon Kit 3 Report post Posted April 14, 2009 Saw D7's CEO online at facebook , tried to make a few complaints by the chat function on my ride direct to him hoping that he will reply and he did ! before ending the conversation , i asked him to stop over at MW.net , he said ok. Waiping 12 Report post Posted April 14, 2009 (edited) IMHO logically they should have a proper customer service channel before embarking on online chat room and forum. You can't expect TF to address all issues while chatting with potential clients, right? Then Facebook should charge them for running a system for AK to do their customer service! If they have the time to check discussion forum shouldn't they channel that to manning a proper service counter instead?
