Yeah, I complained to the Perth office a few days later, I had to call from Malaysia and all they could do was apologise...

 

The funniest part was having to convince them of my story as first the woman didn't believe me and thought I was making a hoax.. I got frustrated and sternly asked for her officer in charge, and thats when her reaction changed to be more accomodating..

 

Moral of the story is: Don't fly QF.. they may make billion dollar profits, but they sure can't match the service levels offered by our Asian airlines!
