I read this subject in Turkish internet website and I found english version.Originally published in Washington Post but I couldn't find it.

 

US goverment get a new desicion for possible "terrorist"action (threats) which are carrying by emails or any mobil file transfer devices. According as new rule, FBI can be seize your laptop for unlimited time. This rules applies all the people who are carrying any mobil file transfer devices such as flashdisk,mp3player, Ipod!. this rules will be gives all permissions for codecracks,investigation to all files for any threat "digital records" such as email, file or pictures on that devices!

 

with this rule, Us goverment puts all people in suspect situation.
